Risk disclosure

OddWizard is an analytics and information tool. It does not accept wagers, hold funds, place bets or trades, or direct anyone's account. Nothing on OddWizard is financial, investment, tax, legal or betting advice, and nothing is tailored to your personal circumstances, except optional stake calculations for sportsbook bets that use only the bankroll number you enter.

All probabilities are estimates and can be wrong. Positive expected value does not mean a bet will win; most bets with a real edge still lose often, and long losing streaks are normal. Past results, including the public track record, which uses paper (simulated) bets, do not guarantee future results. Prices change quickly and may differ from what is shown. Sportsbooks may limit or close accounts that win. Only risk money you can afford to lose completely.

Stock, rate, commodity, currency and prediction-market figures are general information published identically to all members. They are not recommendations to buy or sell any security, commodity interest or contract.

Responsible gambling

You must be 21 or older to use OddWizard. Sports betting is not legal everywhere, including in some states where members may live; it is your responsibility to bet only where it is legal for you, and only with licensed operators. OddWizard never links to or suggests offshore sportsbooks.

If betting stops being fun, take a break. In Settings you can pause your account for 1 to 180 days; while paused, no edges are shown and the pause can't be undone early. Free, confidential help is available 24/7: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit the National Council on Problem Gambling.

Terms of service

The service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 21 or older and legally able to use the service where you are. One account per person. Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, resell or redistribute its data, or scrape it.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund policy: [state your policy, for example "no refunds for partial months, except where required by law"].

No guarantees and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, availability or any financial result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for betting or trading losses or for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Data and content

Odds, prices and other market data come from third-party providers under license and remain theirs. You may use the service for your own personal decisions only.

Privacy

We collect your email address, the state you choose, your settings (books, bankroll, alert preferences), the questions you ask, and the bets you log. Stripe handles card details; we never see or store your card number. We use this information only to run the service, send sign-in links and account emails, and improve the models. We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Sign-in uses a secure cookie. Sign-in links and session tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. You can delete your account and personal data anytime from Settings; billing records are kept by Stripe as required by law. Questions: [contact email].
